Flightway Six was developed by Blueteck in 2006, continuing the growth of its logistics-industrial development portfolio in South Florida. Located in Doral, Miami, at 6300–6320 and 6330–6366 NW 99th Avenue, Doral, FL, the project consists of an industrial flex space condominium with a total built area of 120,480 square feet, developed on a 217,500-square-foot site.

The development comprises 15 units ranging from 2,500 to 8,000 square feet, designed to accommodate different operational profiles. The units were delivered with fully built-out warehouse, mezzanine, and office areas, allowing seamless integration of logistics, administrative, and commercial operations. The project has been fully delivered and is fully occupied.
