Founded in 1992, the Blueteck Group has over 33 years of experience in the development of high-end industrial and commercial projects. The company operates in South Florida and Lisbon, with an office in São Paulo, always focusing on quality, on-time delivery, and the generation of consistent results for investors.
Throughout its history, Blueteck has developed more than 22 projects, building solid know-how and delivering over 3,000,000 square feet (280,000 m²) of industrial warehouse space, in addition to two office buildings in Orlando.

What We Do
Blueteck takes an integrated approach to project development, offering full project management from start to finish. Our work begins with the prospecting and strategic acquisition of land, followed by legal, accounting, and financial structuring, investor fundraising, project development and approvals, contracting and oversight of construction, and final occupancy certification.
After delivery, we are responsible for the commercialization, leasing, and asset management, ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and the generation of consistent results for our partners.
