Flightway Seventeen

Flightway Seventeen was developed by Blueteck in 2022, continuing the expansion of its portfolio in South Florida with a mixed-use industrial, retail, and office development. Located in Hialeah Gardens, Miami, at the intersection of NW 130th Avenue and NW 15th Street, the project comprises approximately 83,000 square feet of built area.

The development consists of 16 industrial flex space units of 3,576 square feet each, designed to serve small- to mid-sized industrial and logistics operations, as well as two two-story front buildings dedicated to retail and office use, one with 17,560 square feet and the other with 8,226 square feet. The industrial units were designed with warehouse, mezzanine, and office areas, enabling integrated operational and administrative use. Flightway Seventeen is currently in the development phase, with projected completion in early 2027.
