Blueteck, headquartered in Sao Paulo, Miami, and Lisbon, began its operations in Florida in 1992 with the development of its first industrial warehouse condominium near Miami International Airport, in partnership with Brazilian entrepreneurs.
Over the past 33 years, the company has consolidated its expertise in industrial and commercial real estate development, delivering more than 22 projects and over 3,000,000 square feet (280,000 m²) of industrial warehouse space, in addition to two office buildings in Orlando.
In 2025, Blueteck expanded its operations to Lisbon, Portugal, with the development of a new industrial condominium, further strengthening its international presence.

Our Operations
Blueteck operates in an integrated manner across all stages of real estate development. From land prospecting and strategic acquisition to legal, accounting, and financial structuring, investor fundraising, project development and approvals, contracting and construction oversight, and the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
After delivery, we also handle the commercialization, leasing, and asset management of the properties, ensuring operational efficiency and effective risk control.
