Flightway Eighteen & Twenty

Flightway Eighteen and Flightway Twenty were developed by Blueteck in 2023 and 2024, respectively, as part of the company’s expansion strategy into the Homestead, Florida region, a market experiencing strong growth and high demand for industrial assets. The projects consist of pure industrial developments designed to accommodate mid-sized logistics, industrial, and distribution operations.

Together, the developments comprise approximately 400,000 square feet of built area, totaling 32 industrial units of approximately 12,000 square feet each. The units were designed in accordance with Flightway’s construction standards and are delivered with fully built-out warehouse, office, and mezzanine areas, providing operational efficiency, flexibility of use, and a high functional standard. Both projects are currently under development, with expected completion in the second half of 2027.
