Flightway One was the first development carried out by Blueteck, incorporated in 1992 and completed in 1993, marking the beginning of the group’s operations in the logistics-industrial sector in South Florida. Located in Doral, Miami, at 2741–279 NW 82nd Avenue, Doral, FL, the project is an industrial flex space condominium with a total built area of 124,610 square feet, developed on a 217,500-square-foot site.

The development comprises 17 units of approximately 7,339 square feet each, designed to accommodate companies requiring operational flexibility. The units were delivered with fully built-out warehouse, mezzanine, and office areas, enabling integrated logistics, administrative, and commercial operations. The project has been fully delivered and is fully occupied.
