Flightway Twelve was developed by Blueteck as part of the continued expansion of its logistics-industrial development portfolio in South Florida. Located in Sweetwater, Miami, at the intersection of NW 14th Street and NW 110th Avenue, Sweetwater, FL, the project consists of a flex space industrial condominium with a total built area of 74,042 square feet, developed on a 151,789-square-foot site.

The development comprises 18 units with an average size of approximately 4,150 square feet, designed to accommodate a range of operational profiles. The units were designed with warehouse, mezzanine, and office areas, enabling integrated use for logistics, administrative, and commercial operations. The project is currently under development, with expected completion in the second half of 2026.
