Flightway Nine was developed by Blueteck in 2015, continuing the expansion of its logistics-industrial development portfolio in South Florida. Located in Sweetwater, Miami, at 1900–2176 NW 135th Avenue, Miami, FL, the project consists of an industrial flex space condominium with a total built area of 128,000 square feet, developed on a 269,995-square-foot site.

The development comprises 34 units ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 square feet, designed to accommodate a variety of operational profiles. The units were delivered with fully built-out warehouse, mezzanine, and office areas, enabling integrated use for logistics, administrative, and commercial operations. The project has been fully delivered and is fully occupied.
