Flightway Two

Flightway Two is the second development carried out by Blueteck, incorporated in 1994 and completed in the same year, continuing the group’s consolidation in the logistics-industrial sector in South Florida. Located in Doral, Miami, at 8000–8030 and 8050–8080 NW 29th Street, Doral, FL, the project consists of an industrial flex space condominium with a total built area of 53,286 square feet, developed on a 108,750-square-foot site.

The development comprises 12 units ranging in size from 3,625 to 7,884 square feet, designed to accommodate companies with different operational requirements. The units were delivered with warehouse, mezzanine, and fully built-out office areas, enabling integration of logistics, administrative, and commercial activities. The project has been fully delivered and is fully occupied.
